Kurt Eckhardt d2694821a3 Fix computation in scrollMargin 
as per issue #62

The function does not work as the computation of middle was incorrect.
it either needed to be
 uint16_t middle = ILI9341_TFTHEIGHT - top - bottom;

or what I prefer and did:
uint16_t middle = ILI9341_TFTHEIGHT - (top + bottom);

Marc MERLIN ae2de968cb Improve default SPI speed for teensy 3.0|1|2 in addition to 3.5|6 
tested on teensy 3.2, screenfill went down from 985817us to 537226us

Marc MERLIN 5e096fab2b Default to faster SPI for teensy 3.5/3.6 
This brings screenfill down from 954115  to 416305.
It's still twice as slow as it should/can be, but better than the previous value which is slower than even software SPI

me-no-dev 628b3c78b2 Restructure the driver to support transactions better 
Just about everything is rewritten to support transactions and do less
calculations and pin changes. Except with bitbang, where the
performance is on par, improvement is seen across the boards on SPI
(including AVR). Concurrent with the driver is an updated GFX library
to implement the optimized methods and give the highest score.
Both libs are 100% compatible and interchangeable with their original
variants.
