[P036] improvments (line alignment separatly)
...
ADD: global alignment setting includes now also TEXT_ALIGN_RIGHT, paramter moved to PCONFIG_LONG(1)=P036_FLAGS_1 because it needs 2 bits
CHG: item DisplayLinesV1[].FontHeight renamed into DisplayLinesV1[].ModifyLayout
CHG: Alignment can be set for each line (saved in DisplayLinesV1[].ModifyLayout Bits 5-3, eAlignment)
CHG: Preparation to modify font for each line (saved in DisplayLinesV1[].ModifyLayout Bits 2-0, eModifyFont)
CHG: Device layout uses a sub table with line number, content, modify font and alignment
CHG: Setting 'Hide indicator' is only visible for 128x64 display, its already true for all other displays
ADD: Add font Dialog_plain_18 to usable fonts
ADD: Setting and support for oledframedcmd,align,<0|1|2> subcommand, par2: (0=centre|1=left|2=right)
