TD-er	2973f32f5a	[Minimal build] Reduce file size of minimal build for 1MB OTA In order to get the build size down, a number of things had to be done: - Removed notifications - Reduce favicon.ico size - Reduce flash string usage - No SVG images on buttons. [Cleanup] Minify JavaScript and CSS to reduce sketch size

Sketch size is reduced by 5 - 6 kB
Files are extracted from original source and moved to `static` directory.
