TD-er b3920cd07c [BME280] Proper handling error states, send error event. 
The BME280 plugin does not always return true on PLUGIN_READ as it first starts the measurement and then reschedules itself.

This may lead to constantly getting error state values, only to be updated after a successful measurement.

TD-er 61de3d4923 Access extra GPS values + document setLevel command 
The Get/Set config plugin functions were hardly used in ESPEasy.
Currently the `config` command is only implemented for the "Level" plugin, but hardly documented.

Its counterpart, to Get config, is also hardly used, but can be very useful to access values (either settings or unused values) via `[taskname#valuename]` notation.

This is now also added for the many GPS values, as one can only set 4 units of measure as task values.

TD-er 4d4f10bf0a [MQTT Events] Allow receiving events + eventvalues via MQTT (C005) 
Ideal to send some event as retained message to a MQTT broker.
This way it is possible to control a node which is only online for a very short moment as those messages will be delivered as soon as the unit connects to the broker.
