* l10n: update zh-TW messages

* l10n: update zh-tw l10n

- change zh-Hant-TW for correnct font rendering in web admin
- add ending space to strings that have number suffix
- transaltion adjustment
- revert sensor type translation in GPIO definition for consistency

* l10n: update zh-TW messages

- furthur translation fix after testing
- some indent/format fix for comments
