Provide Help/F1 entry points, control descriptions, and label buddies for POV-Ray settings, both Blender importer forms, object selection, and grouping. Make the POV-Ray button row span the form so Help aligns with the dialog margin. Use complete translated Show Paths and Hide Paths labels when toggling Blender paths. Refresh catalogs while preserving existing translations and leaving new text unfinished. Validation: debug build, five-dialog runtime Help/F1 and Escape checks, TN/MM field and label coverage, translated path toggling, button-row layout, and catalog preservation checks passed.
