7829c6f5fe
Provide contextual descriptions and F1 access for the five docks and main toolbars, including accessible property labels and keyframe controls. Handle chooser shortcuts across popup boundaries so help follows the focused control. Register What's This as a customizable command in the Help menu and centralize command descriptions in lcCommand for translation during action creation. Refresh catalogs while preserving existing translations and review status.
