David Lechner deac69fdab switch to license-webpack-plugin 
This package is a bit more versatile. For example, it lets us include
the app's package too.

webpack-license-plugin had a bug that made it unusable anyway.

David Lechner 69e52be259 remove wasm file extension rename workaround 
This modifies the webpack config instead of renaming the .wasm file
to workaround default webpack behavior regarding import .wasm files.

Requires special handling since they are using .esnext file extension
for some reason.

This lets us modify some config without ejecting create-react-app.

This allows us to target esnext which works around a number of issues
with multi-targeted packages like blueprintsjs and react-i18n.
