move images out of public/static folder
...
This way, we get compile error if there problem with images. Also allows
images to be optimized.

- includes firmware .zip for movehub and cplushub
- firmware flash button no longer opens file dialog
- now connects first, then choses firmware based on connected device
- drag and drop of custom firmware still works

Ignore CTRL+S in editor
...
Some programmers have the habbit of always pressing
CTRL+S which opens the browsers save as dialog and
interrupts workflow. We already automatically save
the current file, so we can just ignore they keypress.
