David Lechner edd8ebfd64 Add Activities 
This adds a new Activities tab list and view similar to VS code. The
Explorer and Settings are migrated to this view.

David Lechner 5ee74187eb optimize svgs 
The new webpack doesn't like the xml namespaces and refuses to compile
so we have to save the svg files in optimized form.
