TheCreatorJames 5e8f6795e7 Added Self-Healing to the Number Inputs 
The number inputs now self-heal after a few seconds if left empty. This
will prevent any possible save errors or confusion.

TheCreatorJames 2f7c7fd3d2 Modified How Vault Names Are Applied 
I modified how vault names are applied to make it less error prone. If
someone puts in "52" it will automatically pad to "052". It has a max of
999, and min of 0.

I've added minimums and maxes to many of the number fields. This will
make the user experience less buggy and error prone.

TheCreatorJames ef484e9f34 Fixed a name bug that's been around for a while. 
Fixed a bug with names that has been around with a while. An empty first
name no longer crashes the dweller editor.

TheCreatorJames 06186fb649 Added Presets Back 
Presets have been added back, and you are now able to change the file
name dynamically.

While you'll need to load a save file to activate a preset, it'll do
fine until I can think of an optimal UI change to allow it.

TheCreatorJames 8fd2682772 Reimplemented the "All Dwellers" Buttons 
I placed them under the vault tab, for two reasons.
One, it looked prettier.
Two, the vault tab refers to the entire vault, so I feel that it fits in
well under that tab.

Modified how skin recoloring worked. You can now select the colors from
a color pallet.

TheCreatorJames 2d71e132bf Made one of the Extra's Features work. 
Added the color system. It updates without hitting a button. I'm certain
there's a better way to go about doing it.

I'd like to implement it to where you can click on the colors in the
dweller's menu, and it converts from hexadecimal internally, similar in
system to how lunchboxes are handled.
