* readme.txt
   * Added "Output JS/CSS files to footer" to "Auto ThickBox Plus does not work" in FAQ
   * Rewrote "How to insert line feeds in title/caption" in FAQ
 * Settings screen
   * Swapped "Header/Footer" option with "Modified/Built-in ThickBox" option
   * Replaced "Mobile Support" with "Mobile Support (beta)"
 * Updated screenshot-2.jpg with more margin
