Fixed several bugs on sizing and positioning
* CHANGED: ThickBox window is displayed in the center of browser when resizing or drag-moving itself * FIXED: Title/caption bar misaligns by "Resize", "Expand/Shrink", "Scale" and browser resize when using "Effect - Title/Caption" option * FIXED: ThickBox window is not displayed in the center of browser due to hovering title when using "Effect - Title" option * FIXED: The size/position of ThickBox window and image height are not updated when resizing browser after resizing or drag-moving itself * FIXED: The margin top of ThickBox window is not updated when resizing browser in IE6 * FIXED: `TB_WIDTH/HEIGHT` is `undefined` when using "Effect - Title/Caption" option
