David Lechner f34dd8e007 CHANGELOG: replace issue/pull with repo name

To be consistent with other Pybricks repos and to avoid conflicts
with copy/pasted changelogs from dependencies we are using the repo
name for all issue links like we are already doing with the support
repo issues.
