pybricks.parameters.Side: Change Technic Hub orientation.

Browse Source 
This makes it consistent with other hubs.

See: https://github.com/pybricks/support/issues/848

The IMU section was not included in V3.1 so it is not a breaking change,
but we add a versionchanged comment just in case.
